Hi there

I thought that I would introduce myself to this online community.

I have noticed a lot of excellent posts relevant to this discussion board therefore I have been hanging around for a while as a visitor just viewing it out.

Anyhow, I have just essentially joined and hope to bring something beneficial to the online community.

Lets hope that this is best suited subforum to submit this intro in, if not, please move the post.

Appreciate it

I LOVE this idea! Business owners are simply too close to see their business through the customer's eyes. So why not just ask as some of your best customers to dissect your operations? Brilliant post Michele.
