Best Buy seems to be doing everything to avoid taking their turn in the barrel this week. Some web techie mistakenly listed a 52-inch HDTV for $9.99. Jackie Huba over at the Church of the Customer blog gives Best Buy some recommendations for effectively turning around the bad buzz.

When you leave the room, people ether feel taller or smaller.” A great start to a terrific post from Michael Hyatt (of Thomas Nelson publishers), on 5 Ways to Energize Your Team. Michael always does an excellent job of teaching by way of real-life example, and outlines some basic ways you can get your own team’s engine revving.
I can always count on my co-author Holly Buchanan for approaching the topic of marketing to women from a new angle. Her most recent post, How to Sell to Women: Address Her “Worst-Case” Fears, tells you why women can give you worst-case scenarios quicker than men, and how to address those scenarios in a positive way that makes you the hero.
Looks like the FCC now has a Twitter account, and blogger/radio host Zane Safrit writes an open letter to the organization, welcoming it to Twitterville. The post is good for anyone who is interested in learning the etiquette of Twitter and curious about the level of camaraderie that exists in the Twittersphere.
