		<description>There aren&#039;t that many companies out there who are willing to take care of their customers like that. Arranging with UPS to pick up the shoes was already very kind of them. The flowers that came after are truly amazing. This just shows that Zappo&#039;s is not just about shoes. They are genuinely concerned with the people who wear their shoes.
