A Surprising Thank You

Kelley_mb
In the midst of doing some creative work for a client earlier this week, I purchased and downloaded some royalty-free stock music from The Music Bakery.

Yesterday, I received a unique thank you from Kelly at The Music Bakery, via an online video postcard.

Did Kelly pre-record a bunch of these, using every female name she could come up with?  Probably.  Does it matter?  Nope.  It was a surprisingly personalized way to be appreciated for my business, with the bonus of getting to send video postcards to three of my nearest and dearest friends.

I’ll also remember The Music Bakery the next time I’m looking for stock music.

What surprising notes of appreciation do you send to online customers?

Michele, I was so entertained by Kelly’s unique thank-you that I almost bought a cut of music just to hear her say “Thank you, Janet!” Of course, I don’t have a use for the music just yet, so I am going to have to develop a podcast so I can buy the cut of music so I can get my own video thank-you card! LOL What a clever and memorable idea – thanks for sharing your experience!
