Danielle LeFleur issued a great post today on her Square Zebra blog. She tells the story of her friend “E,” a shipping manager for Fed Ex who lives his work life under the gun. Interesting how he hasn’t let that stop him from being a boss I wish I’d had somewhere along the line.
